These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, products and activities of the red baji platform ("Platform" or "Site"). These Terms form a legal agreement between red baji ("we", "our") and the user of the platform ("you", "member").

By registering an account on red baji, logging in, or using any service on the platform, you are considered to have voluntarily and fully knowingly accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2.1 Age and Legal Eligibility

To open an account and use the services on red baji, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Creating or operating an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited. Anyone who is not legally capable may not participate on this platform.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, red baji reserves the right to suspend or close all associated accounts and forfeit any accumulated balance.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration. An account created with false information will be cancelled and all balances and bonuses in that account will be forfeited. red baji may request necessary documentation at any time for identity verification.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. You will bear full responsibility for any activity carried out on your account by any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify red baji support immediately.

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on red baji is ৳100. Approved deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted, and in such cases red baji reserves the right to verify the account.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal is not possible without completing the wagering requirements related to bonuses. Withdrawal processing generally takes 5–30 minutes. Where a deposit was made using a particular method, withdrawal via that same method is preferred.

3.3 Withdrawal Methods

Approved withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. For bank transfers, major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank may be used.

3.4 Identity Verification

For withdrawal requests of a significant amount, red baji may ask you to complete an identity verification (KYC) process. A copy of your national ID card or passport and confirmation of your payment method may be required. The withdrawal process may be put on hold until verification is complete.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement on the bonus will be ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000. This wagering must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are usable only within the red baji platform — they have no direct cash value.
• Each bonus offer applies only once per member, household, IP address or device.
• Multiple bonus offers may not be used at the same time unless specifically stated.
• If you withdraw before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus and any winnings from that bonus will be voided.
• The wagering requirement must be met within the set time from the date the bonus is claimed. If wagering is not completed within the specified period, the bonus will expire automatically.

4.3 Right to Change Promotions

red baji reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time. If there is reason to suspect abuse or fraud in relation to a promotional offer, the associated benefit will be withdrawn and the account will be subject to investigation.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on red baji are accepted upon final confirmation. red baji reserves the right to void bets incorrectly accepted due to technical errors or system failures. In such cases, the original stake of the bet will be returned to the member's account.

5.2 Maximum Payout Limit

red baji sets a maximum payout limit for each event and betting market. If the actual winnings on any bet exceed this limit, only the specified limit will be paid out.

5.3 Incorrect Odds

red baji reserves the right to void bets accepted at incorrect odds due to human error or technical reasons, and to apply the correct odds. Deliberately taking advantage of clearly incorrect odds will be treated as abuse.

5.4 Accumulator Bets (Multi Bet)

A multi bet combines multiple selections, and the bet is lost if all selections are not correct. Multi bets that contain conflicting selections from the same event will not be accepted.

5.5 Live Betting

In live or in-play betting, odds change rapidly. If the odds change at the time of system confirmation, the bet will either be accepted at the new odds or voided — according to the member's prior preference. red baji will not be liable for any loss caused by internet disconnection during live betting.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the red baji platform:

• Fraud, match-fixing or operating an account through dishonest means.
• Creating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer or modify the platform's software or systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Artificially influencing gaming outcomes or colluding with other members.
• Placing bets using third-party bots or automated software.
• Failing to cooperate with an investigation by the relevant authorities.

If any of the above activities are proven, red baji reserves the right to close the relevant account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

red baji collects, stores and uses members' personal data solely for the purposes of providing platform services, verifying identity and fulfilling applicable legal obligations. Data is not sold or shared with third parties without authorisation.

8.1 Intellectual Property

All content on the red baji platform — logos, graphics, text, software, designs and interfaces — is the intellectual property of red baji. Reproducing, distributing or using these for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited.

8.2 Limited Use Permission

Members may access platform content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Scraping or downloading any part of the platform by automated means is not permitted.

9.1 Closure by Member

Any member may request to close their account at any time by contacting red baji support. All valid balances must be withdrawn before the account is closed. An account cannot be closed if there are pending wagering requirements that have not been resolved.

9.2 Suspension or Closure by red baji

red baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these Terms is violated.
• If evidence is found of an account being created or operated using false information.
• If fraud or money laundering is suspected.
• If identity verification fails or the member does not cooperate.
• If the platform is accessed from a restricted region.

If a member is affected by a suspension for which red baji bears no liability, no compensation will be provided.

11.3 Third-Party Software

Games operated on the red baji platform are supplied by third-party game providers. red baji bears limited liability for any defects in that software, and no additional compensation beyond reporting the issue to the provider will be given.

12.1 How to File a Complaint

12.2 Resolution Timeframe

After a complaint is filed, red baji will review the matter and respond within a reasonable time. If further investigation is needed for complex issues, the member will be informed in advance.

These terms and conditions are governed by applicable law. If any provision of these terms is found to be legally invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13.3 Entire Agreement
